The Outside

The front yard has three mature trees and many mature plants. There is automated sprinklers throughout the yard that are run with secondary water which keeps the cost down.




The backyard is large. There is plenty of room to play. There are two fruit trees. A peach tree that produced great each year. Also an asian pear tree that produces well. There is plenty of room in the planters to add more plants or for a garden. There are four other trees in the back that will provide shade as they mature. There is a sidewalk that goes from the front around to the back which connects to a cement patio, great for a patio set.
