The master bedroom also has a bayed window. It was a connected bathroom, as well as a walk in closet.

The Downstair Family Room

This room was hard to take a picture of. It is a large room with plenty of lighting. It is a fun green color that is hard to see in the pictures. The carpeting is nearly new and looks great.

The kitchen has a bayed window that lets in plenty of light. It also has a pantry and a ceiling fan.

The Outside

The front yard has three mature trees and many mature plants. There is automated sprinklers throughout the yard that are run with secondary water which keeps the cost down.




The backyard is large. There is plenty of room to play. There are two fruit trees. A peach tree that produced great each year. Also an asian pear tree that produces well. There is plenty of room in the planters to add more plants or for a garden. There are four other trees in the back that will provide shade as they mature. There is a sidewalk that goes from the front around to the back which connects to a cement patio, great for a patio set.

This is a 6 bedroom, 2 3/4 bath house with 2440 square feet. It has a two car garage with custom shelves built in for extra storage. There is a front room and well as a large family room in the basement. It is fully fenced and landscaped. The lot is .25 acres.
